What is R129?
R129 is the most up to date safety standard for car seats.
Main features of R129 seats:
- Tested by the height of your child rather than weight
- Advanced side impact protection testing
- Rearward facing - children must be rearward facing until at least 15 months

Stage 1 (Forward facing)
- 76cm to 105cm (approx 15 months to 4 Years)
- Installation Stage 1: Vehicle seat belt and 5-point harness

The harness should be even with the child’s shoulders and can be adjusted to 1 of 10 heights for proper positioning.
