Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We accept both UK and International orders, with different delivery options available for each.

We aim to dispatch items on the same day you order them, and so you can expect to have your things within 1 week of ordering. Obviously this can be affected by weekends and bank holidays, so this is variable, but we'll be as quick as we can.

 UK Shipping

We generally ship via Royal Mail and Parcelforce, but may use other shipping agents in order to provide an efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery service. Our default option (costing £3.99) is Royal Mail Tracked 48, but you can choose to have us ship via Tracked 24 (£6.99) or Recorded Delivery (contact us to confirm cost). Standard shipping is free for orders above £30.

International shipping

International shipping is via Royal Mail International Standard shipping, with an option for Recorded Delivery. Delivery times may vary. If in doubt, drop us an email before placing an order to confirm that we can get your order to you.

Any customs import, export, brokerage fees or local taxes that are obtained by an International shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and they vary from country to country. 

Returns

14 Day Returns Guarantee: You have the right to return your goods within 14 days of receiving them. If you wish to return goods using this right, you need to inform us (via email to matthew@ivanjameson.com) within 14 days of receiving the goods. After this period, the return will not be accepted. You must take reasonable care of the goods i.e. the goods must still have the tags still on, must not have not been worn or soiled in any way and must not have been washed.

Please use a traceable postal service at your own expense, such as Royal Mail Tracked 48, to our address:

Please note that we will refund the original selling price of the goods, but we will not refund the postage and packing cost. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In-Store Purchases

For in-store purchases, we offer a credit note or exchange. Refunds are not offered for in-store purchases except in the event of a defective product, or other conditions as detailed in the Consumer Rights Act. If you wish to return a product purchased in store, please call in and we will assist you.

If for any reason we can not supply the goods, we will notify the customer and give a full refund.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
